Hi
Has anyone any idea why my 6120c won't acknowledge contact profiles - I set the profile, the correct ring tone, correct avatar etc yet when they ring,
it's still just the standard ring tone and no name, photo etc.
It's on three - could that be something to do with it? I've tried everything including saving the contact and adjusting the profile when the person rings.
It's got the latest software and it's every ring tone not just certain formats.
