I have resently puchased a USB modem for my desk top PC because of poor broardband coverage in my area (near Lichfield). I was told by 3 that I could get "turbo" connection speeds upto 3.6Mbps. When it came it all worked fine (max 2Mbps but still ok), however in the last few weeks the connect has got worse and worse. I now never get the HSPDA connection, I have to continnually re-load pages before they work, when I do get HSPDA it cuts out after a few seconds (so crap for downloading and streaming).
I have now rang 3 customer support three times and they have told me that someone will get back to me within 48 hours to follow the case through. This has never happend yet!. I have emailed them and they have never responded.
Does anyone else in the Birmingham/Midlands area suffer from this problem (and the poor response from 3) or is my USB modem on the blink???!!!

It might be worth a look at the thread on the link below to see if these are the same symptoms that you are having.

Sounds just the same as my problem, I guess I'm not alone.
But does anyone have the solution!!?? or is this just down to a poor service by the supplier(3)??!!
