I've just activated my iphone and my Treo 680 has suddenly been deactivated! I've been playing with the iphone for an hour and its great , but..... it really feels like a bit of a "nice" phone rather than what I am used to which is a business phone - and I think thats the big difference really.

I'm going to send this back but now I am worried. My sim card in my treo is deactivated! what happens, are they able to reactivate it?? They did confirm that if I return the iphone within 14 days I get my refund and I can go back onto my previous call plan. But what about my sim??????

any ideas anyone?

Apparently if you take it back within 14 days you revert back to your old contract.

If you got the phone from an o2 store go there with your receipts. If you got it from apple online you'll need to contact to return and will need to contact o2 to sort out iphone disconnection and to go back to your previous contract. If you got it from o2 online just contact them to arrange sending the phone back and sorting out the contract. if you got it from an apple store you will need to return the phone there and will need to contact o2 to disconnect and revert back to your old plan

As long as you do it within 14 of purchase/activation you will be fine

Just spoke to O2, I have to return the phone and await a pac code to reactivate my previous sim / tariff - could be 5 days apparently. What a nightmare.

Did you get it all sorted?

I see that my iPhone sim works in any other phone.

Yes because you sim card is 'locked in you iPhone' (i say locked buut with a screwdriver you can get it out ) when you send your iPhone back theys edn you out a replacement sim card free of charge. This is to be used in your old phone and it will have your mobile phone number on it and your old tariff
