This is a SCAM. All the tale tale signs are there. It's most likely somebody's ebay account has been hacked into but is so sad to see people falling for it. :(

I wish people use more common sense online and especially eBay.
I'm just highlighting pitfalls for members, especially new members to eBay not to fall for it. Keep your wits about you. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.
