How long is n80 phone guarantee?

I have had my N80 for almost exactly a year and the ear-speaker has decided to die on me. In order to make calls I have to use loudspeaker. Is there any way I can get this fixed under a warranty type thing? How long does Nokia/Three cover the phones?

I really need to get it fixed as i was gonna sell it right about now, and without a working speaker it's kind of useless!!! :(

It should have a 2 year warranty on it.
