Hi I am currently on Flext 35 (18 mth) with the advantage plan discount, which works out as £17.50 a month. I never go over my bill so every bill I have had is £17.50, give or take 10/20p. I am currently in my last month of my contract so I decided to ring up the upgrade department. I spoke to a lady who explained that I was not eligible for an upgrade basically because I am on the advantage plan and I am not worth much to T-mobile (not in them words obviously). I am really annoyed about this as I have been holding out with my current mobile phone with the intention of getting a new one when I upgrade.
What is more confusing is that when I ring up the upgrade department on 150 and select the relevant options there is a recorded message saying "You will be eligible for an upgrade in the month of December. If you still wish to speak to someone in our team please hold". Is this just the wrong information or is it a sign that I will be able to upgrade then?
