Due to having problems with my first 6120 I did a full reset of the phone using *#7370#.
After the reset I found that the X-series applications, games and the 3 launcher application was missing.
If one then did a restore from the memory card, only the games were restored.
To get the X-series applications back I had to re-download them from 3's web pages.
I found that it imposable to find a link to download the launcher application. I contacted 3 several times in an attempt to reinstall this application and rectify the other faults on the phone.
The response I got was varied from them. Some just kept sending the planet 3 and web settings numerous times. They appeared to have no knowledge of the 3 launcher application.
In my case fortunately it was diagnosed that my original phone was faulty (thankfully to a very helpful tech guy in 3) and I had it replaced in my local 3 store.
