Anyone know where I can the product code for 3? I've changed the product code to generic and updated the firmware but i'm having problems with certificates when i try to download stuff from 3.

Take your battery out, the original product code is written under it (in the phone that is)

Unfortunately you may find that changing the product code to that of a '3' handset will not solve your problem.

If you updated your firmware to the latest generic version, you will no-longer have the '3' certificates installed on the phone. You need these in order to view certain content such as videos.

Until there is a version of the '3' firmware that is newer than the current generic version then there is no way (that Im aware of) that you can get the '3' certificates back onto your handset.

At least 3 in Denmark has released firmware 12.0.013 so I would assume that goes for 3 elsewhere also.
