After Xmas matey if you want a decent data offering. If you're feeling flush I suppose Ebay is always an option.

Be very careful on ebay at the moment there are plenty of scammers in the mobile department :dead:

Ah yes. It's the normal rules though, just keep your wits about you.

ebay seems to be around £380 at the moment.... I need it lower, especially as I'm not sure if there'll really be any takers for a locked old N95....

Well I'm hoping to pick one up for £295 tomorrow. I'm so excited :D :D
Yep it's from eBay and the guy had a "buy it now" price so I snapped it up. I wasn't going to pay for it unless I can meet the person, cash on collection.
I personally don't advise eBay though as so many people are scammed. I've got a lot of experience on eBay and do get some real bargains sometimes. Planning to sell my old n95 + 4GB mem card to recoup about 2/3 of the money.

Wow you were bloody lucky! Have been scanning ebay for a while now, they are still too expensive, not sure if the price will drop a lot untill all the other networks release the N95 8gb but lets hope! (I am curently N95'less its horrible - especially when you have to rely on an 8210!)

Yeah I was lucky to find it at that price but my fingers are still crossed until the sale goes ahead. I think prices will drop but it'll probably be at least a few month before they reach the average price of £300.

Well the sale went smoothly and now also a proud owner. :D
The screen is gorgeous with lovely vivid colours and excellent viewing angles. I want to know what software they used to encode Spiderman because it looks perfect!
I was expecting the slider to have a firm action but instead it glides like the old n95 with about the same resistance. It's much smoother though and doesn't wobble like my classic. You don't get the double feedback from the buttons so it's a lot better in that respect. If I was to be really critical it wobbles about 1/2mm up & down when closed. It also wobbles back and forth a tad too (1/4mm) but I'm nit picking here. Overall the slider is a lot better although not perfect.
Time to watch the match so more to come later.

I got mine today and what a difference. It feels much better in the quality dept, Slider slides not wobbles. Screen is fantastic, slightly larger lovely and clear. It also seems from the small amount i have used it so far, that the os is slightly different. much more user friendly in my opionion. All in all it seems to be quite a large step up from the original. Lets hope it does not have as many bugs. Fingers crossed............:cheeky: :cheeky: :cheeky:
Ps as mentioned above the full length spiderman film is fantastic.
