Orange Refuse to unlock N95 pay&go for 3 Months

Hi guys, I purchased the nokia n95 on pay as you go I dont like orange but but I could only find it on orange and virgin pay&go.

so I chose orange but I want to use o2 in it so I phones orange and requested the unlock code after a few minuites debating he said he would do it for £20, then he said you need to have the handset for 3 months before they can do it

Anyone know if this is true because I cant wait 3 months and then another 3-4 weeks for the unlock code

Originally orange used to unlock the phone straight away, but from other members posts you do have to wait 3 months before they will provide the unlock code.

They have to request the unlock code them selfs, with orange it normally takes around 7 to 10 days to provide the code.
