I have attempted to mail Customer service about this but mysteriously I don't even get the automaitc acknolwedgement (I note they have implmented that annoying system which they are trying to implemtn where I work where it will repond to the user to palm them off if it finds a certain keyword)
I keep a close eye on my balance and have noticed that it is lighter to the tune of 5p as a result of me either being undercharged or overcharged)
I would like someone to take a look and advise but thought I'd ask here as well in case there any problems with the billing system at the moment.
So then, anyone help or advie me how to get round the silly O2 mail/fob off system? (I place the blame squarely at the rack of the system here)
