Ive been with three a little over 6 month. I got an n93 at 35 pound a month deal and had to pay 150pound deposit. I had lots of little problems which were fixed in store and then a problem with my ringtones not working. The phone was sent away and replaced with a new n93. Then a few weeks later i had another problem with the phone not turning on or charging. It was sent away for ten days and then only days latdr i had an6ther problem

and it was sent away for a further 10 days. i did not get a replecement handset - luckily my dad had a spare 3g one!!
I phoned up and complained about how long it had been away for (20 days within one month) they said they wopuld give me £5 and 91 pence compensation!!!!
I am absolutely sick of them, and have lost faith in the network. This is the first contract in my name and I am just not happy - I want out but where do i stand??

I dont think there is much you can do now as you have had your contract for so long and you are bound to your contract weather you have a handset or not, did your contract start before 2nd Mar this year because if it did you may be able to change to a lower tariff (at a cost of £ 25) but if it started after you cannot change tariff for the duration of your contract. The only other alternative would be to buy out your contract but this will cost you the line rental that would be due on your contract to it was due to end.

As already pointed out, your contract is for three to provide you with a service which they are doing. The fact your phone is unreliable has nothing to do with it!
I know that does not help but as pointed out all you can do is buy your way out or get a reliable phone off ebay!!
To be honest it's not three's fault, you should look at blaiming Nokia, their phones as of late have been very poor at best. Quality and reliability seems to have gone out of the window with them and in all fairness you see this type of problem across all networks!!
