6120 error??!

Hi guys,
don't know what happened but all my movies doesn't play. The screen keep saying CAN'T PLAY SOUND AND VIDEO EITHER.The movies are .mp4 and for conversion I did use anyvideo converter
Any idea what's wrong?

For some Nokia Symbian 9.2 phones is a problem to play video.But I find solution : on Nokia's website is a application Nokia Vidoe Manager.This is very good converter and now I can watch all my movies.

3gpp isn't good as .mp4. I have a lot of movies. Good on E65 but 6120 say : can't play movie and sound together.

Maybe .mp4 is better than .3gp but the bottom line is .3gp works on my 6120 :)

I have to guess that there is an error with the encoding of your vid if it will still not play sound and vision on your 6120 as an3gp file. I am going away for a week on Friday afternoon, if you email me or reply to this before then I can send you a small converted file that works on mine to see if it is your Nokia that has gone Pete Tong :(

I have had to send one of mine back as it was faulty out of the box :(

in which format u converted these videos
there r possibilities if the video conversion is improper. try to use audiocity software to convert the video n then try. Best of luck...
