I remember being really positive on the phone, talking with a smile on my face and just making sure all my answers showed I had great customer service - that kinda thing. My questions were very similar to the ones they asked on the application form and so I'd say try and remember what you put on your application form. I remember alot of the questions were 'give an example of a time when...' so you'll constantly be making references to your last job and the questions are the same old same old, give an example of when you dealt with an angry customer, give an example of when you worked co-operately and effectively in a team to achieve good results, give an example of a time when you went out of your way to help a customer more than what your job requirement demands etc. I ended up exageratting the truth sometimes and coming across as a person who smiles in their sleep but hey - i got the job.

I'd also say the chances are, if you're right for the job, you'll get the job so don't worry about it too much.

Well done on getting through the orange interview. For my face to face interview I felt like I was repeating the same questions and answers from my telephone interview so try and remember what you said. My interview also asked me a few questions relating to my CV so make sure your CV is up to date and you can elaborate any points made on your CV.

One other piece of advice i'd give you is to be yourself, I dont work in recruitment but i'm sure they're looking for just a friendly person to join the team rather than a shy withdrawn person or a person who talks like they read the english dictionary in their spare time. You're going for customer service, not rocket science so don't stress out.

Good luck!
