Hey All,

My minimum term is now up with "3" and for a long time I've been keen on changing to an N95.

So now the time has come, the decision to change to the N95 has been thrown up in the air by the release by Nokia of "N95 8GB" version. Now I understand that whilst they continue to annouce this as "Coming Soon" (based on October 2007 issue of there brochure and instore staff) this is likely to be after the Christmas period due to the "N95 8GB" being a Vodafone Exclusive.

So my question - if I went ahead now and got the 'original' N95 am I going to kick myself when "3" finally release the "N95 8GB", or is the difference not worth the wait.

Thanks

Iain

I've got the same dilemma although my contract's not up for renewal just yet. I could get the original one but those that have used both say the 8G is a huge improvement.

I'd consider getting the original if it was being discounted hugely because of the new one. I'm probably going to have to go down the SIM-free route anyway and get my contract down via retentions when the time comes.

I didn't realise it was going to be a Vodafone exclusive at launch. That's so stupid when the phone can't be used to the full on that network - £7.50 p/m for 120MB! Are they having a laugh?! BTW if you know anyone going to the States, Amazon have the 8GB one (it appears to be the international one not the US one) for a good price - just no international shipping!
