ive had my 3 contract for 6 months now and i must say that ive found the coverage excellent and when ive contacted cs they have answered my query quickly and efficently, also have phoned me back when they said they would. I did have an O2 contract, which i cancelled after arguing with a ignorant female from their cs who eventually cut me off. I for one will never go back to O2 but speak as you find I have had no problems with 3 yet so heres hoping for another 12 months trouble free

Well, let's put it this way, if at the end of my contract im not happy i will be walking to another network, although after reading some of the comments about the other networks they all seem to be as bad as one another. At the moment as i said everytime iv'e delt with 3 c.s they have been fine. I have been with orange and i found them very expensive. Ive been with t.mobile on flext and they were ok but took ages to answer the phone when you rang incidently i found out that when you ring c/s if you continually press 9 all the time you get through quicker because they think your a nutter it actually works

I too am absolutely delighted with 3 as a network provider of good 3g coverage and excellent customer service.

I have managed to convert my whole family onto this network and a few freinds within the last 4 weeks. Not one of those people have had nothing but praise for the service they are receiving and the low tarifs. I just need to ask 3 for my commision :p

I can only think that 3 will eventually become a major force in the UK mobile market if they continue to offer the same value for money that they do at present. Without doubt, i have never been so enthused when joining a new network and i have been with most! Keep it up 3, i am sure i will convert many others as time goes by.
