O2 and Carphone Warehouse retail staff have been taking computer-based iPhone training tutorials to prepare for the release of Apple's handset. O2 staff have also been given iPhone workbooks to complete.
Managers from both retailers will also undergo a training course on the new handset to ensure they are fully capable of demonstrating the device to customers.
