2 Tomtom questions

Hi guys quick tomtom questions ive got verison 6.01
After the green tomtom screen comes up after u load it, it then displays a blue screen with a message saying PLEASE NOTE: this application makes use of the following features etc etc.
At the bottom it says show this information in the future? I select no and it still shows up everytime i boot it, am i missing a file of some sort?

Also my verison doesnt seem to have a speed camera database on it? was just wondering if anyones else does? or is there a file you can load on to it?

The reason that keeps coming up is that you have a cracked version. PLease note, we do not discuss cracked apps on here.

Say for a minute a bought it, what file would be missing?
Is 6.02 the latest version you can get for the n95 obviously I would be paying for it.
