Distributors claim that O2 plans to end 12-month business tariffs through the indirect channel from January.
The move would leave O2 business customers with less choice, limiting them to the more lengthy 24 and 36-month contracts.
Fone Logistics marketing director Julien Parven said it is a 'brave move', as he believes there is still a requirement for 12-month tariffs. 'It is going to force some dealers to change their model. It has been put in to get away from the 12-month churn and burn.' He added that 80% of Fone Logistics' business connections are 24-month contracts.
