I've been with Vodafone for over 2 years on Pay As You Talk. Since then I must have spent nearly a thousand pound on top-ups.
Now I am their contract pay month customer (same number, ported to pay monthly). Should I expect to receive anything bonus?

In a short word No. Not even contract customers always get that.

Hi,
There isn't any kind of bonus scheme that I know of. This is the same for most networks. I know you would get a free phone or a heavily subsidised one when you take out a contract and each time you upgrade. In a way this is a bonus when you first join as the phones are cheaper to you as a new customer.
I know if you bought a new phone on pay as you talk, for staying with Vodafone you can get a top up loyalty bonus. Don't think this applies when moving across from pay as you talk to contract though.
