Video for my N95

Can someone please explain (Simly :) ) how/where I can get video to download to my N95. I just got the phone and am completely new to it.

Seen some great videos on YOUTUBE that I would love to download to my phone but after two days and various bits of software and trying continuously I still dont have them on my phone!! grrrrrrr

Can someone take pity and help this newbie?
