I ordered a new mobile along with a new online contract with O2 online, with this new contract also came a nice new free mobile phone. When I ordered the phone I had the option to pay extra for saturday delivery. Paid the £9.99.

Come saturday, DHL express turn up with a big jiffy with just a sim card. Is standard O2 pratice to sign up new customers when phone is not in stock?

im on customer services, i didn't know they just sent sim cards out if it wasn't in stock but in our defence, if the phone goes out of stock when it is ordered, there is nothing to flag it. phone customer services for a refund of delivery charge
