Hi,
Managed to drop my N95 on friday night and it basically exploded when it hit the ground! The twin ribbon cable that goes from the screen to the phone has broken i.e cut in half.
Does anyone know if this cable can be purchased. I have thought about buying a faulty N95 off ebay but they are going for £150+ and this may be more hassle than it's worth.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks
Gregor

Dont foget you will probably need one of those funky Torx screw drivers too for opening up the case... think its a Torx T5...
If you dont have any luck - do you have insurance on the phone? (I am guessing not) another option might be house insurance - depending on your policy maybe you can claim on that? Just a thought.....

Been in touch with blueunplugged who do not supply the twin flex(broken part) with a replacement screen.
Not really wanting to go down the home insurance route as the phone didn't cost me anything and I'll probably have to pay a huge excess.
Bit of a long shot but are there any mobile phone repairers who frequent this site or anyone that knows one who happen to have this cable I require? Obviusly I am willing to pay for this flex. I am confident fitting the flex myself so no issue there.
Any further help appreciated.

Thanks mate but that's not the flex I require. It is attached on back of screen holder on opposite side of menu/end call etc keypad under slider.
Waiting on guy on ebay getting back to me who is selling some flex's but doesn't seem to list the one I need so I'll see what he comes back with.
