Hi Guys,
I'm just coming up to the end of my 18mth contract on Flext and Web'n'Walk and have been offered the following upgrades:
flext25 Vario 3 £150
flext30 Vario 3 £110
flext35 Vario 3 £70
All with 25% discounted tariff.
Probably not the best offer in the world but I would say its comparable with new customer deals direct and a little worse than 3rd party shops phone prices, but they don't offer 25% tariff discount.
Told I can downgrade tariff after 11 months. Thought I heard on hear that 18mth contracts are now downgradable after 17 months?
Also I see that tariff values have been cut, and I'm not sure if the upgrade would downgrade my allowance too.
Any thoughts? Is this a reasonable deal?
Was considering a switch to 3, but the phones aren't as good!
