Hi (posting here as this area seems to be frequented by some helpful o2 CSAs and O2 CS say they cant see anything on my account and I'm darn sure I'm not dreaming/hallucinating!)
I use talk anytime on O2 Pay and Go and have noticed that any remaining minutes seem to disappear 24 hours prior to my anniversary date and so I get charged for any calls I make in that time period, this seems a little crafty to be honest.
Is there a technical/business reason for this?
