Best way is to just use your N95 in Mass storage mode and drag and drop. Thats what I do. Or use bluetooth.

Nokia Multimedia Transfer works great with iPhoto & iTunes. http://europe.nokia.com/A4423134

Unless it's a big file I use bluetooth to quickly move files on and off the phone, if you open up the Bluetooth File Exchange app from the Applications/Utilities folder it will let you send files to the phone or go to file->browse device to browse the phone file system. This way the phone doesn't have to come out of my pocket/bag.

Salling Clicker is great for controlling almost anything on your mac from your phone via bluetooth or wifi.

I'd also recommend http://www.movino.org/ it's a great little app that lets you use your phone's camera as a webcam.

The nokia guide to setting up the phone as a modem works well and is quite simple to do. http://europe.nokia.com/A4516030

There's quite a handy app called 'Do Something When' that can run apps/scripts when you connect the phone (or any other drive) as a USB drive. I have it set to backup some folders on my phone and update the phone with my current University work (in case I forget to take my flash drive into class). Before the Nokia Multimedia Transfer app was released I also had iTuneMyWalkman running which copies music from an iTunes playlist to the phone.

The only thing missing for OS is the map loading software and the software update for these I just use Bootcamp or VMWare Fusion.

i've got a powerbook myself (wish i had the $$$ for a macbook).

as the others said, bluetooth and nokia multimedia transfer have great. i have some issue with NokiaMT thinking the usb disconnects halfway through a transfer, btu i've never lost any data or had other bad effects, i just have to disconnect and reconnect from time to time. the isync plugin works well but note that address book requires a thrid party plugin to work. nova media sells it, i own it, but i dont recommend it. it links the phone to the address book so when a call comes in you get a window on your screen saying who it is and have the option to click 'answer' 'ignore' and 'sms'. you can send sms msg's and dial the phone, etc. it's a great thing to have working, i loved it on my old sony ericsson w600i, but the S60 plugin just doesn't work well. every couple days i have to reinstall it because it cant connect to the phone. running the installer sometimes fouls up my salling clicker installation (a MUST have, as far as i'm concerned) and it also screws with my packet data connection.

speaking of which, look for nokia's tutorial on using your phone as a modem - don't look elsewhere since there are a lot of people posting info about using some workaround that is not neccesary (involves a custom modem script for no reason). nokia's tutorial is easy to follow (involves setting up an access point in Tools->Settings->PacketData).

Yep that's the easiest way, and is what I do. (or I use bluetooth if I can't be arsed to go get me cable).

Remember to 'eject' (drag to trash) the device once you have finished though, otherwise you may corrupt the card/phone. :)
