I've got the N95 on Vodafone 35 pounds a month (750mins/250txts) - 18 month contract.

The thing is I'm having second thoughts about being on such a long contract, and at 35 pounds a month it is quite expensive.

The better option I have in mind is being on the same deal for 500mins/100txts but on a 12 month contract...

What's ur opinion about the particular contract I'm on and whether I should return the phone (or change contract length)??

I just got the phone yesterday, so I'm hoping I'm within the 14-day consumer right thing....

Please help

Thanks

Would you get an N95 on that tariff?

Would you settle for a "lesser" model phone.

The reason for the long contract and high rental is you are getting a £400 phone for free.

I don't think I'd ever go for an 18 month contracrt - its for the network's benefit, not yours.

Do you need that many minutes/texts?

I don't use my phone much but do like to have the latest handsets so always look for the best handset price/tariff combination on 12 months. Don't forget that you can downgrade tariff after, I think, 9 months.

You could get a N95 free with a 30 quid/12 month contract right now.
