It appears that O2 are conducting a survey (heard the the announcement on the Prepay announcement line so not sure whether its just prepay or contract as well)

One of the options is better customer service (though I don't think they do a bad job IMO) and it includes a free text entry box for you to mention anything else you'd like.

yeah i saw that. i asked santa for payg internet *like wot they have got*

christ they must have heard it a million times, can't see 'em budging then...

i would really like to know why though!

Yep I asked for full web access too.

Yes I could definotely go and get a contract but why the hell should I have to.

I prefer to pay for my service up front (using my credit card) and frankly I'd have thought this would be better for them because they've had their money before you've used anything.

Ok if you pay with vouchers then I understand that there is a level of fraud but those that pay by e top up or credit card are being descriminated against.

Come on O2, we are putting real hard earned money into your business.
