Mr. X

Since late September, I've been getting a very irritating "nag screen" whenever I try to browse the web via 3's network on my Nokia E61. It basically tells me that browsing will cost me per MB and that I really ought to get an add-on; it looks like this:

I have Internet Max. If I click "continue and don't show me again for 1 day", it goes away and lets me browse for a session, but if I disconnect and reconnect, it's back within the same day.
In this form, it's an annoyance I can put up with. But what I can't abide is the way it's stopped all my IMAP email, RSS feeds, Google Maps and everything else that uses the packet data connection from working. I presume all the connections I make to any external server are being redirected to this page, and of course an email client can't click "continue".
Does anyone know a way of killing this screen off? The main use for my phone is IMAP email and not having it (except when I'm in a wi-fi area) renders the phone useless. It's utterly pointless, as I already have an internet add-on!
