Ive got a 6280 on vodafone and my contract will soon be up so i'd like to unlock it so I can give it to a friend when I upgrade to a new phone.
Any ideas if vodafone supply unlock codes, and at what cost?
Voda will supply the unlock code. If the phone is under 12 months old they charge around £20-00 after 12 months I think they will provide the code free.

If you want to use the Online Contact Form (https://online.vodafone.co.uk/dispatch/Portal/appmanager/vodafone/wrp?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=Page_Help_ContactUs&pageID=PCU_0002) to send Vodafone an email, including FIT135 along with the make, model, and IMEI of the handset in the body of the text, we'll be happy to supply it. The information Pav gave on charging is spot on.

faza do you know what sort of retention offers voda have with n95 on 12 month contract
Recently unlocked my out of contract 6280 on Vodafone, Customer Services were most helpful, took about 48 hours as Vodafone get the code from Nokia (or so they told me).
Entered code and now works on O2 fine.

I have removed the imei from your post for security reasons (it could be used to reprogram a uk barred handset, this activity is illegal) and it could cause problems for yourself later
