Hi,
I tried to move from 3Pay to 3 Pay Monthly today however i wanted to keep my existing number. When I asked to do this the guy in the 3Store told me that I would have to get a new number. He said that if I was a Pay Monthly customer and wanted to move to 3Pay I could keep my number but not the opposite way. Can anyone explain why this is as he didnt know the reason?
