Why do my remaining minutes get withdrawn 24 hours prior to my anniversary date?

Hi

I use talk anytime on O2 Pay and Go and have noticed that any remaining minutes seem to disappear 24 hours prior to my anniversary date and so I get charged for any calls I make in that time period, this seems a little crafty to be honest.

Is there a sound technical reason for this?

I don't think so. I'd contact them and find out

I've mailed them, I notice that there are a couple of O2 CSRs that frequent the 3G forums, wonder why they haven't answered.

I know there was another user that asked the same question and it fell on deaf ears so I'll post the response when I get one.

Seems that O2 cant see the issue, I'll wait till it happens again and phone them up
