3Musicstore track won't license

Who to contact?

I bought & downloaded a music store track. When I doubleclick it, it launches WMA and tries to obtain a license, before failing with an error message. It says I can contact "the shop" for further assistance, but unhelfully, doesn't give a contact link.

The other 2 tracks I bought at the same time, all downloaded a license no trouble at all. So the problem isn't at my end.

I have a similar problem - I bought 6 new tracks in the last 2 months - They all play on my PC and phone but 3 of them wont burn to a CD. I checked the terms of use on the website for each track and they all state they can be burned to a CD.
