Great service from T-Mobile

Just talking to a friend of mine. He had a N73 with T-Mobile and has only been with them for 10 months. The phone fell out of his pocket this morning and was badly damaged he had not set up any insurance either. Well he called T-Mobile C/S this morning and they offered him a free upgrade 6120c if he would extend his contract by 12 months. So he now has a nice new phone on the way. Great service from T-Mobile.

Since moving to T Mobile from Orange in March, I have only called twice, once for a faulty phone just after I received it and one billing query when a friends and family discount was omitted. On both occasions sorted out without any fuss.
