my signal on t mobile in mansfield is poor on a n95,phoned customer services and to my amazement they let me cancel my contract with 16months left.great customer services.

yeah its their streetcheck guarantee

they'll give you a report of what sort of quality you should be getting from the signal in the 3 postcodes you use much and if your not impressed and it doesnt live up toi what it should be you can canel your contract and give your phone back at (theoretically) no charge

StreetCheck only gives you 14 days to return the phone, though. 16 months left on an 18 month contract implies you'd be outside that window...

Well from memory streetcheck is only valid for 14 days from purchase, wonder how many people who take out a contract move house 8 months down the line, get no signal then demand to return the handset?
