I've just upgraded my firmware to v12.0.013 and now my camera is completely flickery with blue and green lines going up and down the screen. Now video recording is very poor, can anybody help please? :confused: :confused: :confused:

try updating again to see if it helps

Thanks, i've tried but no joy. I will have to wait until this firmware is officially released on O2 as i'm not changing this for a nineth handset.:( :( :(

have you tried a hard reset? I can't see it doing anything that a full firmware reinstall wouldn't, but it might be worth a pop.

Thanks Matt but it didn't work, unfortunately I have finally given up with the N95 for good and I'm sending it back next week never to be replaced with the same poor quality phone again.
