Problems with vodafone top ups

Are there any problems with vodafone top ups

I've been a contact customer with T Mobile for 10 years but realised i'd be better off on PAYT

I've been on vodafone less than 24 hours, and not only was my phone not registered with customer services, despite me doing it online

i've topped up £20 FIVE hours ago and I still haven't got the credit on my phone

What if i was stuck and needed help? i couldn't do a thing

I'm tempted to debrand and unlock the phone and go to someone else, and i've only had it since 6pm yesterday!

I would check it has been registered correctly! Someone else prob got a nice £20.00 top up today! I used Virgin PAYT once and it took hours to top up my account too! I did it via the self scan thingys in Tesco! I think they say allow 24 hours as a max and 2 mins as the least!

i've checked the e top up card and the number is correct as on the receipt it shows my mobile number, and all the guy did in the vodafone shop was swipe the card, it is linked they confirmed it

it doesnt happen often, but we are having a few problems on PAYT at the moment, been at work all day and have had many customers in with the same problem. i know it doesnt help but i thought i would let you know :confused:
