I want the latest firmware but don't want to load the generic one because of losing settings/apps, etc.

Does anyone know if tmobile are due to release the latest version anytime soon? They were fairly quick with the last update, but seem very slow with this latest one.

No idea, but maybe they're trying to avoid V12 due to the 'keypress bug', and waiting for a newer revision without it? Just speculation, but the networks are not going to be happy releasing firmware if it'll cause them technical support issues.

I'm in same position. When you say they were quick with last up-date what version do you mean? My T-Mobile N95 is still on V10.0.018. have T-Mobile released a newer version yet?

My T-Mobile N95 came with V11.0.026, so you should be able to update to that?

halfbob, you can update to v11.0.026 by using your Nokia PC Suite updater.

Any update will wipe your apps and settings.
On reconnection the phone will reset settings (some, not all) and you will have to reinstall apps anyway so go generic.
