Ok so I have a blackberry contract with O2 and have 'aquired' a HTC tytn2, now this phone runs blackberry connect which allows it to 'pretend' it is a blackberry and run off their BIS network. If I then browse internet on BIS staying within the 1024mb stated in tc as fair usage of my Blackberry unlimited account will I get in trouble and charged through the roof or have I just cracked the 1GB for £10 O2 conundrum??? Thanks Ben

Alas no. Use of the Blackberry browser on a Blackberry device is included, but on your Tytn2 it will use the normal internet APN. And it's not as simple as changing the APN, a non-RIM device can't browse through the bb APN. BTW where does it say 1Gb?

*Fair usage policy applies (75MB a month). The monthly charge excludes web browsing on non RIM manufactured (BlackBerry Connect™) devices and O2 Active (WAP) browsing.

100% correct.
use of the normal browser on the Tytn2 will require the access point mobile.o2.co.uk (think thats correct) so that will cost £3 per m/b unless u add the new data tariffs it will be expensive.
