I'm with o2 CPW, i can make calls & receive txts no problem, but when i try and send a txt it goes straight into the out box to resend. it tries about 3 times before saying message sending failed. I've had the phone since april & i haven't had any problem til now. I've tried all the obvious things eg. putting sim card in another phone etc, but it's definitely the phone that doesn't work. how do i do a software reset?

Have you checked your message centre number? With SMS faults, its usually just that.

no but i've had the problem before only for a couple of hours then i took out my sim gave it a wipe & it started working again. i've tried that loads of times but it's still not working.
How do i do a master phone reset?
To reset your phone to how it was delivered press *#7370# this will wipe all your information from the phone ie contacts etc.
The phone will then ask for the security code which the default is 12345 unless it has been changed.
