How do i turn off the voicemail on my Flext 20 contract? what commands do i need to do this?

I would suspect if you go into your call divert menu you should find 'cancel all diverts'.

Thanks Dave. I have done that but when the phone is actually off it still goes to voicemail. Is there anyway to stop that?
I am not 100% sure on this if you want to turn your voice mail completely off you will need to ring c/s and ask them to do it.
I believe T-Mobile are having issues turning off call diverts at the moment.

most modern mobiles allow you to set the diverts manually but you must call customer services to first remove the default lock. Customer services can also change the divert settings for you. It is a quick and easy process.
