Broadband Lite Port Blocking

I am using Broadband Lite add-on for 3. It works. But....

MSN Messenger on my PC won't connect, Yahoo takes forever to connect and I can not access port 3000 for my webmail server. Infact, it seems all HTTP ports except 80 are blocked.

Can anyone confirm this? Can I get it unblocked? Will the people on 333 understand me?
