To 3 staff - advice needed, contract refused

Hi guys,
just a quick question, I tried applying online for 3 contract but was refused.
I had a number of contracts over years, but lately I missed some CC payments - I guess that is the reason.
Is there any chance if I go to 3 store (central London), that I might still be able to get a contract? Ie. With recent bills, driving licence or something like that.

As far as I am aware all credit checks are run through Sprint and so result would be the same.
