External HSDPA Aerial

Hi, i was at someone's house the other day, and because they live so far away from the telephone exchange they can not receive adsl, or do they want satellite, however i had my n95 with me and checked to see if they could get hsdpa, and to my surprise it picked it up, all be it at one bar, and then it went back to oranges network, but the fact i was using it even if it was just for 30 seconds, means theres a remote possibility of him picking it up.

So what im wondering is are there any external aerials you can fit to your house for example to extend the range for hsdpa, thanks very much.
