this is for hr - whats the deal with targets being upped for the month if u reach ur target at an early stage? ive been told this is against company rules, once the targets have been set they should stay at this number for the remainig of the month right??? we have issues at my shop!!! its so crapp!! help!!

Not a good idea writing about it on a public forum, talk to your manager/area manager about it. Moaning about it here isn't going to help and might get you in trouble!
