Hiya
After losing my phone last week, I am now the (potentially) proud owner of an N95. And for once, I have a recent backup on my pc of my old phone, the Nokia 6230i. But I cannot get PC Suite to see this file to copy the contacts to the N95!
I have installed the latest version of PC Suite, with all the cable drivers. The phone connects fine using USB (Had issues with infrared, but could have been becuase I was trying to use earlier version of Content Copier). However, when I select restore, it cannot see the file sat either in the original location, or the copy I placed in the COntent Copier folder.
Has anyone experienced similar issue? Can it be resolved? The backup file to be restores is an .nfb file, so while I have had issues in the past with earlier models not being compatible when restoring data to a new phone, I would be surprised if these handsets are not. I am using a Dell Latitude D400, in case that has any relevance?
Many thanks in advance - the thought of manually entering all the details is not a good one! (I managed to copy the raw data into excel, so at least I still have the numbers at least!)
Cheers!
