is there anyway of resetting my n95 completely so all settings are deleted, then put my three sim in and for it to automatically get all the settings from that? btw the phone is from o2, but it is unlocked.

In the TOOLS folder do you have an application called SETTINGS WIZARD? There should be an option OPERATOR, just select this an dit should get the 3 settings for you when you have the 3sim in the phone.

As for reseting the phone :
Hard reset *#7370#

yes i do have that application, however it says no operator data available. would i be best hard resetting the phone to get this option?

Have you tried adding the settings manually?

Tools/Settings/Connection/Access Points/New access point/use default settings

Connection name: 3
Data bearer: Packet data
Access point name: three.co.uk
Username: None
Prompt Password: No
Password: ****
Authentication: Normal
Homepage: None


Connection name: 3 WAP
Data bearer: Packet data
Access point name: three.co.uk
Username: None
Prompt Password: No
Password: ****
Authentication: Normal
Homepage: http://mobile.three.co.uk/


Connection name: 3 MMS
Data bearer: Packet data
Access point name: three.co.uk
Username: None
Prompt Password: No
Password: ****
Authentication: Normal
Homepage: http://mms.um.three.co.uk:1002/mmsc

OR

Call 3 Customer Services and tell them you have a new phone and can they send the settings?
