i attended the course a while ago, the retail revolution course:D
it's basically about customer services, sales etc, how to be a good sales person, building rapport and relationships etc with the customer.
watch out for the 'fish' video.
you do group work and group presentations, games.
you stay at the ramada jarvis, which is near hatfield, about 20 minute walk.
when i went, i was there for 3 days.
it is all paid for, but keep your receipts if you drive there or go by train.
the hatfield buildings are impressive when you see them for the 1st time, each building has a different theme restaurant.
i'm assuming you are working for t-mobile retail?
all the best to you, enjoy:D

The fish video! We use that at my company too, a bit old hat now though!
We have had it for a few years, how behind the times are they in Hatfield!

The building isn't nearly as impressive when you work there everyday, and I hate the way some areas of floor move when people walk on them.
