just to recommend all, if u call customer service on 191 go through to the welsh call centres as i have had many problems in the past and have been sorted by these, they are out sourced call centres which means that they have to keep giving high quality customer service as they paid to take calls from vodafone, as for the other call centres they dont have to keep anyone sweet! i have had many problems with my handset and the networ and each time this has been investigated and rectified by the outsource call centre! so theres a tip for the next time you ring customer service!
