I am currently on T-mobile's advantage plan (get 50% off line rental & web and walk) and I just have a question. Does that 50% off also apply to extra services? I am interested in subscribing the Sky TV sports package (@£5 per month) and would like to know if it will be discounted.

Thanks

Sorry for bringing this back up but you say you get discount on line rental and web'n'walk. When I upgraded to a Web'n'walk price plan, they removed the advangage plan and told me I couldnt have it put back on with that tariff.

Which price plan are you on? I have Web'n'walk max and Flext 35, I got a direct 50% reduction through the upgrade department for losing my advantage plan.

Was it a T-Mobile advantage plan or a half price plan from a retailer like CPW or P4U?

Like i said it was an advantage plan, I got it as a benefit for working at Asda. I took it out last august 2006, and I just upgraded the day they got the k850i in stock. I used to be on relax 50 at £25 plus web n walk profesional for £10 as a bundle so it wasnt discounted. I asked to move onto the web n walk max plan to get it at half price and prior to the upgrade they told me that was fine and I could keep the advantage plan. After the upgrade and the price plan change the advantage plan was gone.

I'm pretty sure advantage plan stays on for life unless you change your tariff. One of my old lines had an advantage plan and when I upgraded to dropped my tariff it was removed but because no one told me this would be removed they put it back on.

It's always good to ask when upgrading if there is any discount on your bill if it will stay on.

I asked when upgrading if it would stay on, they said yes. I asked several times if my new tariff wouls be compatible with it they said yes. The day after the upgrade it was gone.

T-mobile are doing everything they can to cancell their advantage plans, now they dont seem to let you upgrade at all if you have an advantage plan, they take it off as soon as you upgrade.

They couldnt put it back on after it was removed so I got a 50% reduction for life through loyalty.
